Liltmoon Terms of Use

These Terms explain the rules for using Liltmoon, including safety, subscriptions, and optional feedback. Please read them before using the app or starting a subscription.

Agreement

By using Liltmoon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update the Terms when features or legal requirements change and will publish the current version in the app and on this page.

Scope and safety

Liltmoon provides night-state guidance, audio, and related tools for general wellbeing and bedtime routines. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

Do not use Liltmoon as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or emergency care. If you believe you may be in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional. Do not use audio while driving or whenever you need to remain alert to your surroundings.

Acceptable use

Use Liltmoon only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the app, its services, or data.

Intellectual property

Liltmoon and its licensors own the app, its interface and interaction design, source code, documentation, audio, text, graphics, trademarks, and other content. Subject to the App Store terms and these Terms, Liltmoon grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, redistribute, publish, sell, lease, sublicense, translate, create derivative works from, or remove rights notices or provenance information from Liltmoon or its content, except to the extent an applicable law expressly permits a particular activity. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Feedback and support

You may choose to submit product feedback in the app or by email. Feedback is voluntary. Liltmoon may use it to troubleshoot and improve the app, but is not required to reply or provide compensation.

Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, Apple Account credentials, private journal entries, or sensitive health information. Formspree processes in-app feedback on Liltmoon's behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Some features require an auto-renewable subscription processed by Apple. Pricing, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and restoration follow the terms shown by the App Store before purchase. Manage or cancel in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
